Hello Bills fans!
Well, are we all ready for the big game this weekend? The World Champion New England Patriots come to Orchard Park to take on the Buffalo Bills at Ralph Wilson Stadium. They will be trying for a record-tying 18th win in a row. Kickoff is at 1pm, and the doors of McFadden's will open around 11:30am. Calicos again will be open to Bills fans with the game and sound on with the beer/wing specials.
The 2004 NYCBBB/McFadden's t-shirts SHOULD be in this weekend. They are different design than last year's and you can purchase one from any McFadden's staff member for $15.
Member Andy Murtha is involved with an organization called Comfort Zone Camp, a Richmond, VA based bereavement camp for kids who lost a loved one on 9-11. The organization is holding a fundraiser TONIGHT from 7-10pm at Martell's Grill (2nd Avenue between 50th and 51st). The cost is $25 (open bar and appetizers) and a suggested donation of $25 to Comfort Zone Camp. Please help this worthy cause.

I received this email from Kenny "Pinto Ron" last night. I think it speaks for itself:
"I am not receiving the new van for 4 more weeks, but given that I have the current one running a lot better, I am going to take a chance and bring it to the Jets game. It has 252,000 miles on it, what is 700 more? It will be essentially packed with everything that is normally found at the pinto tailgate minus the pinto itself. The van has an awning, and in the event of rain I have 4 canopies available. The bar will be there, along with 8 bar stools. I can supply some tables and a large grill. If it looks like it will be cold, I can have firewood available with a wood stove and a "mini" burn barrow (I don't know how far we can push them at Giants Stadium)."
Here is this week's installment (or should I say novel) of Ryan's Corner. Ryan spent his bye weekend at the Antic on Atlantic...a huge street festival in Brooklyn. Ryan tries desperately to tie the Bills into his adventurous afternoon:

I’d give anything to ruin the Pats winning streak this weekend in Buffalo!
