Folks, let’s be honest here. If the Red Sox can come from behind and beat the Yankees 4-3, then win the World Series for the first time since 1918, then doesn’t this team still have a fighting chance? I say TWO Cardinal teams are going down this week!
Willis McGahee will be starting for the Bills as they take on the Arizona Cardinals at Ralph Wilson Stadium. Kickoff is at 1pm and the game won’t be televised here, so come on down to McFadden’s and watch with your fellow suffering Bills fans.
I also have those 2 tickets available for the game sitting on my desk, email me if you’re interested.
The game falls on Halloween, so come dressed up if you feel like it. I want to see some retro-jerseys out there. Dig out your Ray Bentley, Joe Devlin, Joe Ferguson, and Paul Maguire jerseys. And I know a lot of you would like to wear that OJ Simpson or Scott Norwood jersey.
The Albright Knox art show will be held this Saturday in Chelsea. Please check out this link and RSVP to Patricia. Matt and I will see you guys there!
Bills/Jets in OP
Please RSVP to me if you have not yet done so for the activities next Saturday. The tour of the facilities will begin at 3pm with happy hour to follow. Mark Brammer, TE for the Bills in the early 80’s, will be there with some other Bills Alumni to answer questions about what it was like to play for the team. Also, the tailgate will begin at 9:00am when the parking lot opens.
I would like to send out congratulations to members Mike Jason and Nicole DeProspero whom will be wed tomorrow afternoon. Does this Jersey Girl know what she’s getting into marrying a rabid Bills fan from Grand Island?
NYCBBB t-shirts are available for purchase from any McFadden’s staff member for $15. It’s a new design, so be sure to pick one up! They make great Christmas presents!
