Hello all,

I have mixed feelings about last week’s game. On one hand EJ looked good (nice and composed) for his first NFL start. On the other hand, the team looked undisciplined. 10 penalties? C’mon! Let’s see if Marrone can correct this. Hopefully EJ chewed some guys out too. He seems to be a real leader, a welcome break from the too laid-back west coasters at the helm the last how many years. Bottom line, I’m sick and tired of getting praise from sympathetic friends for almost beating the Patriots. I’ll be much happier when we almost lose games.

Game starts at 1pm. I will be in attendance (if that means anything…)!

Don’t worry, there isn’t any new member hazing or anything. hmmmmm, now that I think of it, we should have a new member hazing committee. Any volunteers? I’m kidding (maybe).

Sally Raffle 9/15:
We will be holding a raffle during the Panthers game for our ongoing effort to raise funds for Sally Kabel. Be ready! We’re still rounding up the prizes as we speak. Thank you all who contributed prizes. We will acknowledge everyone once the prize list is final.

Sally Saturday 9/14 Fundraiser:
Don’t forget there will also be a fundraising event tomorrow too. There will be raffles and silent auctions for a lot of great stuff. Tickets include top shelf open bar and food buffet from 7-10pm. I hope to meet some of you there!
